As I receive the e-mails, I will update the task list with who is completing the task. NOTE: although the party starts at 11 a.m., I will be opening up the Hall around 8:30 a.m. If you are volunteering to bring a food item, please be sure it can be brought to me the day before or by 10 a.m. at the park. Thanks!
If unable to attend, you may send a message/card to Shirley for her to open at the party; write "Shirley" on the back of envelope & mail to:
